"Working w/John & his crew of professionals was pure delight! When we were informed that the Naples fire inspector was requiring us to remove a mirrored wall so they could fix a sprinkler head, we called John. He came w/in hours to access the problem. Took numerous pictures to share with his team to decide what was the least invasive way for the inspector to get & repair the problematic sprinkler head. Instead of removing entire mirrored wall & frame (almost guaranteeing a shattered mess), he solved the problem by going in from the back through our master bath ceiling! He literally had his crew there w/in an hour to cut hole for inspector’s access. Sprinkler head was fixed, dry wall & mud put up on ceiling & next morning crew finished up entire job! A nightmare repair was handled uneventfully & quickly by John & his AMAZING crew!👏🏻We R so Blessed to have a contractor who cares so much about each job & wants full satisfaction from all his customers! CARING & the BEST! 👏🏻"

Customers say: Quick response

"Bath Remodel The experience we had working with Keys to Do LLC, was beyond expectation. We had a concept in mind. Ina and Boggey stepped into our plan with thoughtful recommendations. They asked questions to better understand our concerns. Then they assisted our selection of everything. As they progressed with the work, they presented additional details to improve the project. From electrical to plumbing to tile work, their attention to detail surpassed my detail oriented mind. If my wife asked for something, Mr Tsetso just did it with perfection. The finished project is one that you see in a magazine. We are here to tell you, hire this friendly professional team. "

"Communication was horrible. Never available to meet with them when things were not going right. Project manager was an incompetent. Took 7+ months to complete a 125 sq. ft. project! Unreasonable! Hurricane doors backwards, came unprepared to mount medicine cabinets, didn't complete all finish work, had to come back to re-polish granite that is still not right. Cabinets are okay, solid MDF plywood, but not "solid" wood as promised. Had to ask them to come back to patch holes in walls. Never got the bathroom alcove shelves because that change never made it into the contract, etc. The workers were excellent. The project management was nonexistent. The complete indifference to getting the job done, and done right is the real problem. They are the kids of the general contractor who shows up at time of quote and then disappears. The kids have other jobs and don't seem to care about getting these jobs done. I thought they had their act together. I was really wrong."

"I do not know if this is the correct category. We had a pipe Burt and had the mold/water mediation. We needed the wall, crown, baseboard, tile put down after carpet was ripped out to get the master bedroom livable again. He was very professional, timely and I am very satisfied with his service and results. He said he liked to start at 8:00 am, ding dong right at 8:00. He repaired cracked tiles in the living room as well. I have zero issues NOT recommending David for any projects. Feel free o call with any questions."

FAQs for bathroom remodel projects in North Fort Myers, FL

You can buy a replacement vanity by selecting a pre-made unit with an integrated sink from a local home improvement supplier. Pre-made vanities are designed for easy installation and compatibility with your existing plumbing. If a ready-made option doesn't meet your needs, consider hiring a custom builder to create a vanity that fits your space and style.

You can purchase a bathroom vanity from major home improvement retailers like Home Depot and Lowe’s or online stores like Wayfair, which offer a variety of pre-made vanities. Visiting local showrooms and bathroom supply stores can also provide professional advice and help you choose the right vanity for your space.

Installing your bathroom vanity flush against the wall enhances stability and prevents shifting. This placement also eliminates hard-to-clean gaps and keeps your vanity securely in place. Building codes often require a minimum clearance of four inches from bathtubs and at least 21 inches of free space in front of the sink for accessibility and safety.

You can upgrade a single vanity to a double vanity by installing additional cabinets, a second sink, and matching fixtures. This process requires additional plumbing adjustments, countertop modifications, and careful alignment to ensure both sinks function correctly. Upgrading to a double vanity enhances bathroom functionality and offers more space, which is especially beneficial for shared bathrooms.

The best vanity top material depends on your budget, style preferences, and maintenance willingness. Materials like quartz or solid surfaces are excellent choices for durability and low maintenance. If you're on a tighter budget, laminate is affordable but less durable. Consider how much traffic your bathroom gets and choose a material that balances cost, appearance, and upkeep.

Installing a bathroom vanity takes between three and six hours. Simple installations may be completed in under three hours, while more complex projects requiring adjustments or plumbing modifications can take up to six hours or more. The installation process includes assembling cabinets, placing the countertop, installing the sink if necessary, and connecting plumbing.
