They gave us helpful information on signs to look for but didn't even charge us for their inspection service call. Now this is amazing customer service! Thanks Critter Control!"

"When we signed up the contract, they had mentioned (not promised) that it would last up to 1 year. After 3 months, all kinds of bugs started showing up. When I contacted them, they were responsive but asked me to take pictures of bugs and send them. I sent them at least 4. Now, they would blame it on weather, outside bugs, unlucky house, and everything else under the sun. When confronted as to why outside bug did not show up for the first 3 months after spray, they did not have an answer. Their response range from Mocking to Shouting."
