"These guys did a great job. I had a drainage issue and they came up with a clever system to get my downspouts (and neighbors downspout) to run all the water away from both of our houses. "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. "Our Heat pump was making the most awful noise. The technician Dave was great!! Not only did he explain that the noises were common for a heat pump but then made the machine make them so that he could verify. We also has a bent freon line and he was able to bend it out a little to allow us more time to save up for the repair. I will definitely be calling them to fix it. Their prices are fair and their techs really seem to want to help the client, not just make a lot of money from those who do not know any better. <br />"
