After they had finished, I noticed a few spots that needed touching up. John was very responsive and came out quickly to fix them. His prices were on par but slightly lower than the other quotes I received. He even removed the bolts/rivets which were still in the aluminum from an old awning and called them at no extra cost"

"As expected we were losing significant heat from the lack of wall insulation upstairs and the gaps in the attic. He gave a detailed report and a bid for the work to be completed. He and his team returned 2 months later (scheduling was a bit a difficult around the holidays and homeowners traveling) and added insulation to our attic, basement rafters, and and blew-in wall insulation on the 2nd floor. They worked in the freezing cold to remove the siding and add the proper insulation to one of the walls. They did a nice job in the attic, were careful with the giant vacuum hose coming through the window, and cleaned up after themselves. We will have them back in the spring to finish the remaining walls upstairs as we've noticed the room with the completed walls is noticeably warmer (as we had hoped)! I think the price might have been a little high, but we've been very pleased with the results!"
