"I did a lot of research before I hired Capps to put a new roof on my home and my research paid off. From the first appointment to come out and give me a quote to the final payment when they were done I found Capps to be clear, concise, fair and professional. Although summer rains interrupted our installation, Capps worked around it the best they could. I asked them to work with me on some special issues (wanted to mount a weather apparatus on the roof and needed to coordinate with an electrician to run some cables when the roof decking was off). They were more than happy to oblige and to be honest it was a bit of an inconvenience for them. No one is sure why but some of the roofing material (that had been installed, then sat for a few days for rain to subside) didn't look right when they returned to the job. "They didn't charge me. They said they would come out and take a look and we'll tell you if it's the roof or something else. The one was definitely a roof leak but the other place where I noticed a leak in the corner of the family room was because the decking wasn't secured properly to the stucco.  They were nice as could be. Chuck came out, surveyed the leaking areas, gave us a synopsis of the problems, how they would be repaired, and finally the cost of the repairs. Everything was handled exactly as Chuck had outlined. We had a very heavy rain soon after the repairs were completed and there was no longer leakage in either the garage or in our bedroom  closet.  All of the Oneway people were courteous, efficient and a pleasure to work with.
