"My heat pump/AC unit stopped working mid morning the day I was going to leave on vacation. I called Bassett to see if by chance someone could make it out that day, or at least I could get on their schedule right when I returned. She checked with one of their service crew to see if he could swing by my house right after he was done with his current client. He was there within 45 minutes and had made the repair within 30 minutes. Now that is what I call great service!!!"

"We experienced flooding in our basement due to severe storms on 2/28/11. I called Indy Clearn Team at 2:30 in the morning and John, the owner, and crew arrived by 6am to begin taking care of the water and resulting damage. They did a great job of extracting the water from the basement and quickly getting in air movers and dehumidifiers to dry everything out. Over the next 4-5 days it was a little tough coordinating their return visits to check the equipment, but it was mainly due to so many people needing their help. John and Jenny were wonderful to work with. We were pleased with their work and their professionalism. I hope we never have another instance of flooding, but if we do we will turn to Indy Clean Team again."

"They are awesome. I called them at 2:30 PM and they said they would be at my house in two hours. They arrived at 4:30 PM and quickly diagnosed the problem. They kept us informed about what they were doing. As soon as they knew what was wrong and what it was going to cost they told us. They were careful to make sure they kept the house clean which wasn't easy because it was raining. They didn't try to sell me more than was needed to get the air conditioner up and running again. We had a minor communication problem when the job was complete which they went above and beyond to fix to my satisfaction. They are the best of the best."
