Andrew did a good job and made sure all was clean but my only problem is that he is very pricey. The price quoted was not the price I ended up paying. I know unforeseen things can pop up but my install was pretty straight forward. Andrew is a very nice young man but because of pricing I could never use him again."

"I recently purchased my home and noticed I was having issues when it would rain with water backing up into my basement. I gave a call over to Cellino Plumbing, I explained my problem to the nice young lady on the phone and she agreed we should have someone come out to take a look. I was giving a four hour window of time that the plumber would show up and they came right in that time frame. Once the plumber arrived I went over my main concerns and a few other minor problems that I was having. The nice gentleman got right to work with cleaning out my lines, once he was able to get through most of my sewer line he explained to me exactly what was going on and that my pipe had either collapsed or shifted and that he would get a sewer camera to my home asap. The next morning I was greeted by yet again another great and knowledgeable technician. He was able to show me right on his device what was going on in my pipes! We set up for them to come back to my home early the next week to fix my issue, I had to work the day of the service but when I came back home I was so impressed. Very small amount of dirt from where the work was performed was all that was left! I had to give a call to the office again to let them know how great everything worked. They explained to me that customer service is always a number one goal of theirs and that if I had any further trouble to give them a call back. Thats exactly what I will do, the only plumbers I will use is from Celllino Plumbing."

"There is never a good time for a hot water heater to go, and in my case it was the Friday before a long 4th of July weekend. A lightning strike sent a surge that ended up causing some issues to my tankless hot water heater and this unit was less than a year old and installed by Cellino. Making a late night call, an answering service took the call and left a message. Shortly there after the owner Tony called to discuss the problem. A tech was sent out the next day and unfortunately the Supplier needed to be contacted to help diagnose the problem and make sure it was covered under warranty. The fact that it was a holiday weekend and the supplier was closed, Tony came out personally and installed a temporary water heater for my wife and my young boys. Upon the arriving of the part, Tony came out first thing and was prompt and professional always being careful to put on his shoe coverings as to not tract dirt in the house. He fixed the heater and was so professional in the process. I would highly recommend Cellino plumbing to anyone who had a plumbing or HVAC need. Its always amazing when the owner comes out to personally take on the job at hand. Its no wonder why the company always has great reviews, exceptional leadership from a hardworking knowledgeable founder."

He was very neat and clean and gave us tips on caring for the shower stall. It looks beautiful. Can’t wait to try it out tomorrow night. I would highly recommend bath fitters. Also Billy who came out to give us an estimate was wonderful! No pressure sales, just honesty, which we greatly appreciated."

"Contact with this crew was a bit spotty, there were times I would call and get no response for a couple days.  The work was pretty good, if not amazing.  I had to shim the toilet a bit to prevent some rocking after the new flange was put in, but they thoroughly fixed the leaks and the price was great.  One of the crew even showed me why I was having trouble getting the flush to properly clear and refill the water in the bowl for free.  Nice enough people. <br /> Really, the biggest reason I don't recommend them is communication.  I've twice left messages for followup work to different things and gotten no return call. <br />"

"Jon was punctual, thorough, + communicative. The drain problem took longer than expected and when i mentioned i had an another appt that perhaps I should reschedule, he suggested i wait. Not 10 minutes later a 2nd plumber, Scott, arrived to work on the bathroom tub drain so that Jon could finish the basement project and so I could make my appt. i have hired several plumbers over the last few years with varying results and will always call Ed Young's in the future. Although more expensive than other plumbers, the quality and professionalism of Ed Young's Plumbing is unsurpassed."

"A previous remodel by another contractor did not hold up. The shower floor tile collapsed. Gerry diagnosed the problem and replaced the shower floor with new flooring and tiles. He showed up when promised and did a great job. The only issue was he had to come back for some details that needed to be completed and was delayed due to other jobs he had going on. So it took longer to complete the project than expected."
