When we met with the owner, Leo, we felt he was honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and very importantly, he gave us the best price of all the people we met based on the size, material, and brand of our choice. Initially, we only wanted to do the deck, but they were so good that we decided to ask them to replace our patio too. They were so good with deck and patio that we ended up asking them to fix our retaining wall too. Leo and his team were professional, reliable, courteous, and very hard working. We cannot say enough good things about them. We recommend M&L Pro to our friends, families, and colleagues at work. "I have used Mason Works on a previous project in 2017 (new stone wall and front step repair) and was very happy with their work. This project was to replace driveway including matching previous stone wall, add granite curbing to right side and complete replacement of existing asphalt. Stone wall is great, granite curbing is great but does not fully match in size or color (they explained that this is typical when ordering granite) and driveway really is just OK. They use a more course asphalt mi than you'd typically see and they explained that it lasts longer. My issues with driveway: • Driveway not evenly smooth, quite a few rougher spots • Section on side of driveway that you can see it's not evenly rolled • They said to wait 5 days to park on it and I waited 3 weeks instead but there are several tire marks already from parking on it"

"Project: Design and install a patio. This project was not easy. The design and build of this paver patio should have been straightforward. The challenge came from the adjacent conservation area and town. There were other patios that had been built in this complex without approval from the conservation officer. This created a scenario that meant my project would be scrutinized and managed to the nth degree. Rodrigo was amazing. He knew what was happening and understood town politics. He was patient and willing to work with the conservation group as they adjusted the requirements a few times. He had to step over some land mines but he and his team designed and built a patio that met my needs and also the town?s requirements. They were on budget, responsive to me, cleaned up and delivered a great product. I highly recommend."

"Diego and his crew did a great job! This was a large 1,200 square foot patio area renovation that included a paver patio, pea gravel patio, grass (sod), cobblestones and a new privacy fence. I then hired him to mulch the property (20 yards). He came when he said he would, cleaned up and got the whole project done in a little over a week. Highly recommend!!"

"AC Stonework's installed a beautiful patio for us several years ago. Over time, some of the bricks began to sink and the accumulated dirt discolored some other bricks. I called Alcir and he stopped by the next day. We agreed on a price for the repair and it was done that week. It looks like a brand new patio and we are very pleased."

"I was completely blown away by the work that we had done. Lisa, who was the designer was very attentive and quick to return emails and really put a lot of thought into my project. She always responded to emails within an hour and was very honest with me when it came to ideas that i had for the project. She provided a detailed drawing of my property with her ideas for plantings, stepping stones, etc. this made my life very easy by not having to imagine what she was thinking. PJ, who was the foreman on the job was also a great guy and on top of things. He always had my best interests in mind when giving his opinion about grading the yard and what would be best for my children, which was my highest priority. Walter was one of the workers who did a lot of the grading and he was also in constant communication with me. Walter and PJ came up with, and implemented a swing-set area that doubled as a retaining wall to bring up the grade on the lower side of my yard and it came out amazing. We had some irrigation issues at first because some areas were being over-watered. Nick, who was in charge of the irrigation came out to my house multiple times, after all of the work had already been paid for, to make sure that my timers were taken care of and the grass remained in tip-top shape. After paying in full, I still got immediate responses from all parties in this company and they provided immediate solutions within a day or two. They could have put me on the back burner to handle current customers, but they remained attentive to my needs. I plan to use them for cleanups and for all of my fertilizing. I highly recommend this company to everyone."
