"Gray water was packing up into our sink. We called Benjamin Franklin, requesting emergency service. Jamie showed up 30 minutes later. Extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable, he quickly identified that we had a blockage in our gray water line and our gutter overflow. He was able to identify both lines underground and meticulously removed all the debris. Both lines were up and flowing within 30 minutes. Amazing! Benjamin Franklin is a great company with professional services from start to finish! Highly recommend!"

"After talking with several plumbers, I decided to use Southeast Plumbing and Gas. Brian answered all of my questions and quoted me a very competitive price. Brian installed a new dishwasher, put in a new tankless water heater (plus ran new electrical for the unit) and some other smaller fixes. He was professional, courteous, and did the work for what he quoted. He also tackled some additional plumbing issues that cropped up while he was doing everything else. He was at our house for over 12 hrs fixing everything and making sure everything was working properly before he left. I would definitely recommend SE Plumbing and Gas and would use them again."

Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes.
