Roughly 1 1/2 day job, which included removing at least 2 layers of shingles, replacing some wood, and putting on the new roofing. I made contact with Emmett and we set up  a date for him to come and perform the work.  I also sent him pictures of the area that needed to be replaced.  He was extremely helpful and also sent me a list of supplies that I would need to have to complete the job.  When he arrived, he was friendly and professional.  He informed me of the different reasons that there was wood rot and also pointed out different problems with my gutters, roofing etc. He quickly got to work and did an excellent job of replacing the wood to the fascia.  I also explained that I was having someone come to do a job on my roof and he told me what to look for.  When he finished he did a thorough clean up and also put the extra wood in the garage.  I am thoroughly pleased and I am looking forward to doing other projects with Titan Construction.  I recommend them in the highest regard!!!!!

"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."
