"Job was done correctly. Team arrived 30 minutes later than 4 hour window. Although they did well there was a bit of a disconnect in communication, as only one person, (the foreman?) spoke any English but not very well. If I use them again in the future, I will insist on having a foreman with a strong command of the English language. After the job was done, I was presented with a certificate of completion indicating all the bullet points about the job that should have been reviewed prior to the work starting. None of these were reviewed. I will also be reviewing this with the vendor."

" I didn't hire them. didn't know to answer yes or no because they came to work without me confirming the job. I spoke to Gutter Pros & they said they were coming to give me a quote. They didn't come for a quote, but showed up on 7/11/25 and started working . They cleaned the gutters, they also suggested moving a gutter & power washing. They were going to send me a quote. I asked about installing gutter covers and they were going to send me a quote & an invoice for gutter cleaning. They never sent me an invoice or quotes. I called many times but a recording said voicemail was full. I also texted, they didn't respond. A neighbor gave me advice about gutter covers & when he was on the roof & saw the gutters, said they weren't cleaned well. I recvd an email tonight from another company from Angi's List saying they're coming tomorrow to clean my gutters What the Heck?? Gutter pros were very nice people but it seems like there's a huge lack of info w/ Angi's, the Pros & me?"

"When I first reached out to them, they were the first to respond very quickly to me which is why I decided to go with them. Since then, they are my go to guys for any and all my home repairs. I run my business thru my new condo I purchased and had them do lots of renovations and work and it all has been consistently well done. I have had rip up carpets in the bedrooms and put new vinyl down flooring. I have had them replace light fixtures in the bathrooms and ceiling lights in my living room. I had them work on some of my windows in my catherdral ceilings. They have done multiple work and jobs in my kithchen as well as installing a Murphy Bed much cheaper than the company I purchased it from offered to install it. They are very well rounded, professional and can do most any repairs as well as doing good work so that is why I will always reach out to them for anything that needs done and or recommend to my business partners and friends. "I called Horizon after moving into a new home in Medway and having no idea what condition the chimney was in. They sent a team out the same day! The guys were great - very friendly and professional. They looked everything over, informed us that one chimney needed to be cleaned but the other did not, and some of the brick work was loose on the fireplace floor. I also requested a chimney cap and they suggested strengthening part of the chimney before installing. They provided an estimate within 24 hours and came out about a week later to do the work. Again, they were completely professional, pleasant and somehow despite cleaning the chimney and doing masonry work, did not create any dust or mess in the house. I was so pleased that I asked them to put us on a yearly schedule for routine cleaning. I highly recommend!"
