"It went fine. He responded promptly and did a good job. Then I paid, and I never saw him again--and he still needed to clean up and finish, taking apart the brackets around the area where the concrete was poured, cleaning up the roots they'd chopped up, and so on. When I called about it, he said he'd be over, but when the time came, he said was in the area, but couldn't find my house. After calling back and forth, he said he still couldn't find it, (keep in mind they'd been here several times already doing the job) and said he'd get back to me, and he didn't. I texted him a map, photos of the house, the street sign nearby, but nothing for almost a week. Then I got another call saying they'd be over "today or tomorrow," and that was a week ago and the last I've heard."

"The quality of the work performed was excellent. I am very pleased with the appearance of the replaced section of my driveway The front steps now look as good as new, as well. The cost exceeded the initial estimate, but I have to give them a pass on that, as there were some real surprises during removal of the old concrete (no grade preparation was done for the original driveway, just concrete poured over uneven ground, so in places it was 4" thick, and in others about 12" thick, making removal very difficult). Carlos Concrete did a good job with leveling the site and placing stone over the ground before pouring, and that should result in a better driveway long-term. My only reservation was a delay in removing the tree roots excavated from the site before pouring the new driveway section. They were professional and friendly."

After the construction team showed up, it only took a half a day of preparation, and a day to install. They left no mess behind and always cleaned up at the end of each day. They even left me some sod and patched my yard as necessary to promote grass growth in bare areas! "Coastal Concrete was very responsive to all requests and replied quickly to requests for quotes and with the quote. They scheduled the work within two weeks and completed the tearout and new concrete driveway within 2 days once they started. The job was complicated by trees and roots and they adjusted the location of the the driveway and sidewalk to accommodate these. They filled in the ground adjacent to the driveway and left it ready for any landscaping, but did not do landscaping, as they told us up front. The price was on the high end but their work was excellent quality and all interactions with their people were very professional."

"when Jose came in to my home  to do my floors i did not know what to expect , or what the process would be like, but from day one Jose was so professional .   My floors tiles  and subfloors was in such bad shape i did not know it could be fix, however Jose took me through every  step he would have to do to get my floors and subfloors back to where it should be.  The gentleman and his workers  was so punctual, every morning he show up on time  and work completlly through out the day.  No  matter what question i asked he alway answer very politely and professionally he told me there was nothing i cant asked.  I cant say enough of this company and their workers it been a long time i that  have seen someone took such pride in their work.  Yes i would hire this company again  and i highly, highly  recommend them, i also had him scraped the popcorn celling and repaintd the kitchen for me   My floors came out fanatic.  Just like new.
