"It went great! Jerry diagnosed the problem right away. When the roof was reshingled 10 years ago, there was a portion of the roof where the roofers used too much pressure with the nail gun. This portion started to leak. Jerry recommended we just replace this one portion and his roofers could blend it all together. They came and did the work and now it's fixed! In fact, they showed me the rusty nails they pulled from this portion of the roof. The original company I used is no longer in business. I am so glad that Jerry could repair this without me having to replace the whole roof!"

They arranged a mutually agreed upon time to come by to perform service the same day early afternoon. They showed up promptly at the promised time; were professional, presentable and polite; and performed the services promised in their package. They advised everything was okay, and did not try to sell me any add on or additional work. They advised of some minor issue(no problem at the present) that I might want to consider taking a look at some time in the future which would involve some preventative work being done before.
