In addition to the work that was needed, we also wanted to request estimates on 3 projects for the Spring - installation of an exterior light post and lamp, running an underground line out to a back garden for an outlet and to fix our kitchens under cabinet lighting. He did the installation in no time and the lighting is fabulous. Overall, great work! We got the estimates a day later and 2 of the 3 look very workable and we will go forward with Markarian for those projects. The price for the undercabinet lighting was about 10 x more than I would have expected so we'll hold off on that. Maybe I can do that one myself.
