"NMTI (who we hired as Tru Blue Construction Inc) were superlative. Juan and Ramon were excellent communicators, answering all of our questions in a timely, professional, and endlessly patient fashion. Our project was a big one - our self-managed condo building had a severely leaky roof that needed a full replacement, including redoing a roof deck - and I imagine we were not the easiest clients since we had tons of questions and a lot of "cooks in the kitchen" with different owners and condo trustees weighing in. Juan and Ramon took it all in stride and were incredibly helpful for me in my role as project coordinator. Their team was clean, efficient, effective, respectful, and friendly. "they replaced the shingles on top of a bay window where there had been an ice dam and added underlayment. The siding on the house is pre-colored Hardie board, while doing the work two of the Hardie boards broke. They replaced the broken boards with two primed but unpainted Hardie boards . They never asked if we had more pre-colored boards in the basement. We did! I asked them to make this right by pulling off the two unpainted panels and putting in the factory painted ones - The asked for an extra 650 which seems like a lot Before the job the communication was great, lots of pictures, but they did not say Hardie board is likely to break - which would would have gotten me to point out where the spares were After the wrong boards went up they were responsive and polite but not helpful The contract that i signed said they were not responsible for painting any siding, so they were technically right but they left me on my own"

"Communication was good. We had to coordinate with removal of solar panels. We were held up a little bit waiting for a building permit but once that was resolved the install was scheduled a few days later. The crew of 7 arrived at 7 AM and worked non-stop until 6 PM. Completing the entire roofing job from removing the old shingles, replacing some wood and installing the new shingles. They cleaned up the entire work area once done. I would highly recommend them for any roofing jobs you might have."

"Ciro, Rosa and the rest of the team were great! The contractors were always on time, organized and even helped me with the clean up after each work day. Communication has always been a big priority for me, and BBS delivered! It was great knowing what was going on behind the scenes with the city permits, etc. Rosa always kept me up-to-date with what was happening. Unfortunately, COVID-19 slowed down the work because of health and safety restrictions; but even so, the construction crew made the best of it and always with a smile on their faces.
