"I helped him.  We looked under the fireplace and found some obvious points of entry for outside drafts.  he suggested and then installed regular fiberglass insulation in these areas.  Then we went outside and he suggested we caulk and seal all exposed cracks that were not related to the air intake and gas venting.  We used expandable foam and spray-on rubber flexible sealer to complete this.  He then installed a blower that I had purchased online.  And within a couple of hours I was good to go. <br />"
