Joe oversaw the job and provided step-by-step updates, explaining what was being done and the reasoning behind it. Additionally, where things were not done properly by the original builder, BSE added the necessary products and fixed it, all within the original price estimate. "Dave, our sales rep, went above and beyond, by coming to our home to cut our new downspout so the heavy water flow would be rerouted away from the house. He didn't charge us and helped us out as the All Gutters Inc who Ecmr used for our gutters, wanted $150 to make the cut. Dave brought all the right tools and was pleasant as he repaired their work. We love our new metal roof and we appreciate Dave and everyone at Ecmr who make dealing with them a real pleasure."

"I was initially very happy with the work and the progress being made on the two bathrooms but as time went by, the project was being neglected as, I assume other jobs took precedent and the communication became nil. The plumber was a disaster making multiple mistakes and leaving a filthy mess behind after working in the house, including leaving tools on our bed and the old toilet in the bedroom, rather than bringing it to his truck or the basement. The job kept dragging on and as it did, Mike was getting more frustrated and angry with us! He had two workmen, one of whom always smelled of alcohol and was constantly having health problems. After months of labor and bad feelings between us, I wanted the job done and the workmen gone, even though my shower does not drain. Now, every time I take a shower, I have to kick the water into the drain with my foot and soak it up with a wash cloth which takes time. It is infuriating after all the money I paid and the incredibly long time it took."

"While insulating, foam sprayed through cracks into our bedroom and closets, destroying some bed linens and clothing. Their truck left before the insulation spaces were full, but they closed up the roof. It doesn?t meet building code. Our roof is featured on the Muto website, but not the scratches in the protective coating meant to ensure roof longevity. The scratches were made by a crew installing the ridge boards and chimney flashing. Their most experienced roofer said this was his first time installing metal chimney flashing. We called Muto 3 months ago and Jasen sent a drone over the house and said he?d ask the manufacturer and get back to us. We?ve sent two reminders, but we have heard nothing. We should have realized their inexperience at the outset when they couldn?t provide photos of completed metal roofs. We cannot recommend them for metal roofs or insulation."
