All interactions received prompt and courteous responses, and I was so grateful that Mr. Byam would drive from Mashpee to South Yarmouth at 9 pm on a summer Friday in order to provide me with peace of mind. This was a tiny repair, probably not worth his time and expended effort at all, but he fixed my broken door immediately and expertly. I have renovations planned for next year and will definitely be reaching back out again. Anyone who would expend such energy and provide such service for a tiny job will be worth his weight in gold for larger projects as well in my opinion."
