"Excellent Job. If you, like us, have been trying to get a new patio done but have no time or travel too much, then Dave and his crew are the right folks for you. From the first meeting, Dave took on the full project management role and exceeded expectations in the ahead of time project completion and quality of work. After contracting them to do the job, we were away for several weeks and thru text and photo status of projects and calls on any questions regarding tbe project - he got it done and done ahead of schedule. Key is to clearly spell out and visualize mark 1. Total patio space and put markers in corners of entire location 2. Agree on pavers from the start 3. Agree on time the project must be completed by 4. Get total cost upfront and payment schedule. If you will be away, make clear arrangements for 3 phase payment. 5. Calls - Make sure you answer Dave's call when he calls you. He will not waste your time but you will waste him if you dont answer his questions asap."

"My experience with Real Dry was exceptional throughout the whole process. Last year, we were getting water in our basement whenever there was a heavy rain. Steve came and assessed the situation, and recommended digging wells around our basement windows and door and filling them with gravel for better drainage straight down (rather than toward the house/windows). We initially talked about also digging a well in the front of the house, where water would pool due to our lack of gutters and then come in through the foundation. So the initial estimate included all of that. When Steve arrived on the actual day with his crew, I told him that I didn't think we needed to have a well in the front of the house because I was planning on getting gutters and that should take care of that. He adjusted the estimate accordingly with absolutely no hassle. The work itself was done quickly and professionally and the basement has been bone dry ever since, despite some incredibly heavy rain. I HIGHLY recommend this company for basement waterproofing projects."

"They came exactly when scheduled and worked in conduction with my electrician and pool man.  They first had to break up all of the existing old concrete decking.  The men were efficient and kept me apprised of all that they were doing.  They then removed all of the old concrete and left the area spotless.   <br /> The pool man and electrician had to come in and dig trenches to remove the old piping which was in need of repair and to make sure that the pool was grounded properly.   <br /> RH Masonry then came back as scheduled and had to remove all of the boulders which were removed when the trench was being dug before they could continue with their work.  This they did in record time and also pointed out to me that i was going to need additional work to support a portion of a retaining wall.  By midday, they began to once again prepare the deck area for the pavers. <br /> They laid the pavers and edged along two beds with belgium blocks.  They finished their job in 3 days and it is just beautiful!   <br /> This was not the first time that I used RH Masonry and I know that it will not be the last.  They are professional, efficient, and dependable. Above all,  they are honest.  I would never hesitate recommending them without reservation. <br /> <br />"
