She thought it was a game, a game that ended as soon as Phil trained her to the fence. This fence causes a beeping sound on the collar warning her that the fence was close. If she still approached the fence a small jolt would further warn her. He even had us put the collar on our arm to prove that the jolt was only a discomfort not painful as we thought. He has a way with animals. Without any yelling on his part our dog paid attention to him which didn't happen with either of us. In fact we were so impressed with Phil's style that we also hired him to help train her "off leash" style. We would highly recommend him"

"He is incredible. He takes the hardest dogs that no one else will take from shelters and he retrains them usually at no charge so that they can be put back in the system and their lives saved. We were becoming afraid of our dog and he told us what the problem was. They did a great job putting in the animal fencing as well. They're the best and we have no problem with them whatsoever. The only thing they don't like is when I miss picking my dog up. They have two people there that they're paying, so they charged me extra for being late, which I think is reasonable because it is my responsibility."
