"This is not the review I did 4 seconds after they finished the job - this is the review 16 months after the job. Years ago, we had our windows done. Mind you, their salespeople are extraordinarily assertive, personable and charming - and rightfully so, as they will spend hours and hours in your home making and finalizing the sale, as well as closing out your project. The problem is, they talk super proudly about their lifetime transferable warranty - which "covers absolutely everything! No matter what! You can take a razor blade to the screens just because you feel like it and they will be replaced, no questions asked!" This...is not true. The warranty is like all other warranties - subject to defects and defective installation only. No coverage for wear and tear, issues due to neglect/accidents, acts of god or anything related to weather or the elements. In fact, even if you paint over it or have work done by outside companies that affect the product in any way, the warranty could be voided. It was ABSOLUTELY sold to us as though NOTHING was out of bounds as far as repair/replacement was concerned. Shame on us for not going through all the warranty info with a fine-toothed comb, but the pep rallies by the salesmen we had ( one sold us windows, the other siding/gutters/trim) really get you excited. You love these guys and totally trust them for their enthusiasm and knowledge. You would not believe how much they push that their warranty covers EVERYTHING - FOREVER! So either these guys are trained to tell us something other than the truth and don't read the warranties themselves, or they lie for the sale and keep you in their pockets until the project is over, when you never hear from them again. Any issues we called about AFTER they physically left our property, were ignored or put off until forever - such as debris from work left for over a month on our front lawn, or nails that we were promised would be picked up thoroughly using a metal detector so our child wouldn't puncture his little feet (made them come back twice and they still did a pretty terrible job - are those nails even magnetic???), or the shutters they were supposed to change out for us. The quality of the materials is extremely high. The quality of the work done was high. The customer service, when all is going great, is awesome. Once you have a complaint though, they are nearly unreachable. They don't want to hear it. You can contact customer service, but they will just leave a message with the PM (if he didn't call me back when I called him, why would he when cust. serv. reps from Wherever, USA tell him to?). Nothing but the product quality separates them from anyone else, so weigh your options. Power is NOT cheap. Bottom line - OK company, great salespeople (personality- and effectiveness-wise) and products, poor customer complaint resolution, fair cleanup (looked great, but super unhappy about finding HUNDREDS of nails in our lawn), average lifetime warranty. I put that I would hire again because YES & NO are the only options. I chose YES because I know more now and I do think they sell superior products and there are loyalty discounts. If UNDECIDED were an option I'd have chosen it. As long as everything goes great, you'll be happy. If not, best of luck to you."

It was a big job that entailed removing 3 layers of rolled roofing/asphalt shingles; removing original skylight & taking down old dormant chimney to roof line and roofing over both; installing ½ “ plywood and asphalt shingles over new roof. I can’t say enough good things about All Under One Roof. They had a great crew and did a fantastic job. In fact, my neighbor across the street who had a birds eye view of work in progress, then hired them to replace his roof. John Lanzafame, the company’s owner, is a jewel. "It went incredibly well. I woke up one morning to a leak in my roof. I knew the roof was going to need to be replaced at some point, but I was hoping I'd get another year out of it. The roof was in bad shape when I bought the house. I immediately started calling all of the roofing companies I could find on Google. It was early so I was leaving voicemails. Kasey from James and Whitney was the first and only one to get back to me in a timely manner. He was incredibly helpful on the phone, walking me through how to put a tarp over the impacted area. He even swung by later THAT DAY to check and make sure it was installed properly and to assess the roof. I knew it needed to be replaced so we went right into talking about estimates. The estimate was within my budget but the new roof came with a FIFTY-YEAR WARRANTY for parts and labor. You just can't beat that kind of warranty on an asphalt roof. We were scheduled within a week and I had a brand new, perfectly installed roof within a month. Kasey and his team were super respectful during the installation. When the installation had finished, Kasey inspected every inch of my property to pick up any tiny bits of trash and leave our lawn spotless. The whole process was so easy and stress-free. 10/10 would recommend!"

"My pressure treated deck needed replacement. I got 3 bids which I was considering but was told by a friend to check out Remodel or Renew. Mike Christopher, the Owner, came and asked me what was the main thing I was concerned about. I told him that I was looking for quality workmanship with top of the line Trex composite wood that wouldnâ  t require a lot of maintenance. He sat down with his IPad and designed exactly what I wanted. The design he made was like an actual picture of the finished product and the price was great which included the removal and disposal of the former deck. This is the first time Iâ  ve EVER reviewed a business that has done work on our home. They deserve it! First, their builders worked long hours and I observed them as they made sure every step was done with precise measurements and the finished product showed just what I observed. Unbelievably sturdy, they didnâ  t cut corners to save time and it was absolutely beautiful. Also what I consider a huge factor is the Warranties on the work and material. A 25 year Warranty that covers scratching and fading of the Trex flooring and railings. UNBELIEVABLE! Lastly, they left the work area cleaner than before they started and Mike the Owner answered my calls or texts every time I had a question either immediately or responded within 15 minutes. All I can say about Remodel or Renew is if you give them a chance to bid on your project you will be happy and even happier if you hire them and see for yourself what I have just told you!
