I also offer consulting services on your home design or, if you already have plans, I can review them for accuracy before your project begins. I've been able to save homeowners thousands of dollars by reviewing their plans BEFORE they begin their project. I also hold a Limited Specialty License (C-61) with a special designation (D-34) for any prefabricated commercial products you may need for your office or commercial building remodel, or ADA / handicap access compliance.

Hello my name is Samantha, I am a housekeeper/organizer. I have been in this business for approximately 10 years and still love my job as if it were the first day of work.... I am pretty much the jack of all trades for a housekeeper, I do everything and when I say everything I mean everything. I vacuum, mop, sweep, remove cobwebs, wipe down of all walls, doors, and base boards, extensive cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens, dishes if needed and sometimes as requested by customer laundry and meal prep, I can also organize everything if you want.... I have four kids so yours should be a breeze to clean up after, and I have three dogs and an iguana so pets are not a problem either, do you want the kitty box cleaned or the doggie messes cleaned up in the back yard???? or maybe your other animals need to have their home cleaned also????? No problem i love all reptiles, birds, really all animals.... I usually charge between $75-$150 for everything depending on size and how much needs to be cleaned but I am willing to work with you..
