"Eric and his brother came by our property to give us an estimate on a paver driveway and we told them that we had six other people coming over for estimates and they said that’s great. Just let us know which way you’d like to go and that was it for the time so then we listened to the other estimates that other companies gave us and I called Eric back and told him to come by so we can discuss it further and I let him know that some other places were cheaper and some other places were more expensive but I just felt more comfortable with Eric and his brother and their knowledge of the projects. We set up a time to do the work which at this time I had added two more sections of the property to have work done and they showed up on the day that they said they would and the people that installed the pavers knew what they were doing and worked or tails off and they did a fantastic job and everything was leveled out perfect and the Yard looks great. "Cesar Contreras came out to my house and gave me several options and a written quote within 24 hours. Kept me informed of when the work would start. Removed the damaged old patio slab, framed the new slab including an additional walkway, supported the existing patio cover, poured the new concrete slab, disposed of the old concrete pieces all within 2 days. They also managed not to damage any of the front yard plants. The day after all of the work was completed they came back and did a walkthrough of the project with me. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Legacy Custom Concrete."

I offer the removal and installation of both simple and decorative concrete (Broom, Stamped, Exposed finish, etc...) I specialize in flatwork (i.e. patios, porches, and driveways) I will not overcharge and my work always comes out clean. My business is new, but I have been in this industry for 5 years and have poured millions of sq. ft. of concrete and learned from those who have done it for much longer. He did bring a few things to mind regarding my trees, just suggested future trimming recommendations. "I called for an estimate for curbing to update/replace existing curbing. I was immediately asked how many feet of curbing was needed. I guessed, thinking someone would come out and assess my needs etc. I was told the minimum was 60 feet, lowest minimum in town etc… If I had less than 60' (which I think I have) the charge is $198.00 including tax. No mention of a minimum on the web site (2004). It would have been helpful.  <br /> I also received an informational view on how bad the water is here in Las Vegas (minerals that destroy concrete). I've lived here 36 years.  I also learned that any debris in the preparation of the curbing path is the responsibility of the homeowner. The 'truck' does not have accomodation to haul it away.  <br /> So at the end of the call I was left with nothing. No offer of 'We'll send someone out to survey the job, maybe provide suggestions on design/improvements etc. I feel as though I was given the 'bums rush' as my project was too small.  <br /> I'm sure they do nice work and would still consider them but I need a little more input. For all I know some of my small shrubs may cause an issue with the machine etc. <br />"
