"We used Damiana aka Dana (owner) for a cleaning. She sold us on all that she does and how she is better than other cleaners. For ex: she took her finger and wiped the top of our shower to show how dirty it was and said she would clean that. I also found it odd that she talked negatively about her workers and bashed our previous housecleaner who she never met. We paid her $500 + $100tip, and were very disappointed. She, overpromised an under-delivered. She spent more time cleaning our window frames than inside our home. We asked to use our steamer on the floors. She didn't. She complained to us about my wife's hair she had to clean. We asked her to use our cleaning materials for the oven. She didn't. Oh, and the top of the shower she bragged bout cleaning, she didn't even touch (photo attached). In summary, she talked a good game, but fell far below our expectations of what she promised. We did txt her feedback, but no response-DO NOT USE Dana for your cleaning services."

"It went very well. They were amazing and my house was virtually dust-free when they were all finished cleaning! Four people came and they did everything! Cleaned my house from floor to ceiling. They dusted all my furniture including all kitchen and bathroom countertops; cleaned a walk-in shower as well as a tub/shower; cleaned all blinds, shutters and vertical blinds; all sinks; wiped down all cabinets; above cabinets; ceiling fans and 2 hanging lamps; all mirrors; all windows; sliding door track; all my small appliances including the toaster-oven, microwave, and air-fryer; vacuuming and mopping all floors. They also cleaned my stove and oven and it looked brand new when they were finished cleaning it. It looked just like I had a brand new stove-oven delivered to my house that day! I was absolutely amazed! I will definitely be using them again and plan on having them clean my house every month."
