Daniel, the owner, kept me well informed on the progress of the installation, and even came a few times to check everything was going smoothly. Took 2 days to complete and when finished all debris was removed and my yard was left clean. Craftsmanship/material is of good quality (which is what I was looking for). Cost was reasonable. He stayed on top of permitting issues and communicated often with me. His workers came to work, no messing around. But most of all when I asked for additional security for the gates to protect property and a child he was very accommodating and found the items I wanted and installed them.
