Our experience is over 25 years of union residential and commercial installations, and we personally install each project and do not outsource any work. "1 day they didn't come because he couldn't rent a truck. 2 other half days he went to previous customers to fix issues. Both of them left to go to Home Depot at least 2 times every day and took over an hour lunches. They cut the tile in my house and my whole house filled with sand from tile including my A/C filter. My dining room table was filled with his tools the whole time. They kept lying to me about everything and the day after they left I found that my bathtub would not hold water because of the drain, the toilet didn't flush unless you held the handle down. The spout on the tub and the vanity is not caulked and caulk from the floor tile was smeared on the wall. I texted him the next day and he said he would come back this week, but he didn't. I contacted him several more times and he kept telling me next week. It has been over 2 months and he hasn't contacted me to fix all the problems."
