Everytime I texted him with a question, he always replied within the hour (usually much quicker than that). He also often updated me with the progress by sending photos since we were not living at the house while he was doing the work. The main work that Golden Hammer did for us was in the kitchen where they installed a vent, a new stove, tiled a new backsplash, and installed a new granite counter.
