"Exterior Barrier is the most professional and highly skilled contractor team I have ever worked with. Eugene goes out of his way to explain the work being done, providing follow-up throughout the project and the final walk-through. And, the people actually doing the work are exceptionally skilled. This was a complex repair of water damage --- and they over-delivered on my expectations. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone looking for siding, roofing, deck or any other exterior work."

"Foster was extremely Knowledgeable. He explained everything and clear and easy to understand language. I had a leak that had rotted some of the wood beneath the siding and he was able to repair that during the installation of my new siding. I will definitely recommend him to others needing general contracting, work done."

"Ricardo and his crew did a great job completely rehabbing a three bedroom. Every interior wall and ceiling was painted. Doors were replaced, ceiling exhaust fans installed, floor covering repair, electrical and plumbing etc. Through 11 change orders Ricardo kept track of it all and pushed to keep the project done on time. If I had more work to be done I would call Santi’s Construction immediately. Highly recommended !"

"WOW!!! Words cannot express how blown away we were by Juan and his team (Armando and Daniel worked on our project) at completely residing our home. Starting with the bid process, Juan was the only contractor who brought out materials for us to actually visually see the differences of why he prefers to work with some products over others and to also show how his crew will use the products to ensure that the home is protected against the weather. After completely walking the home with us and actively listening to our ideas, he made gentle suggestions based on his industry experience and current design trends. He was never pushy or arrogant. We loved his ideas and incorporated them into our design. Beth, his Admin Assistant, was absolutely amazing to work with. She was always available to us and we felt like she could answer any question we had as well as Juan could!! Juan and his crew were great stewards of the construction materials and our budget!!! We noticed early on that they had created a "scrap pile" so that usable smaller pieces would not go to waste on smaller repair sections of our home. We appreciated that they did not grab a new sheet of plywood for every repair considering the cost of wood these days. They saved us sooooo much money doing this! We are so grateful!!!!! The craftsmanship and skill level of everyone involved, including the painters, completely transformed our home from one in desperate need of repair to a dream home worthy to be bragged about! We cannot recommend this company enough and look forward to working with them again when the time comes to replace our doors, redo our deck, and install some fencing! Thank you JLV!!!!"

"I needed cedar siding replaced and the house painted plus some interiour painting. A great job was done on all the work. Nice people easy to work with."

"Everything was completed to my satisfaction. They did a very good job in some of the difficult areas. For example, painting around thick vines growing on porch columns and beam. Everything I pointed out in the inspection was taken care of promptly with no excuses. Communication was good with everyone involved. I would have no qualms about using company again or recommending to others. Following are a couple of minor issues we had. A few minor issues: We had 3 gallons of left over trim paint. That seemed like an error in estimating amount needed. On the other hand, there was only 1/2 gal. of main color left which is what I would expect for trim also. My hot tub was unplugged before they started because it was empty. The crew plugged it in when they finished without checking with me. It was several hours before I noticed it. I had to reset the heater unit but no damage was done."

"Did a great job replacing my rotten siding!"

"I am a local real estate broker with 33 years of experience. Kirk and his crew are my go to guys when I need repairs, maintenance or upgrades to any of the properties that I deal with on a daily basis. I highly recommend Kirk to anyone who wants top quality repairs at a reasonable price."

"Martin and his crew tore up a paver patio and partial lawn and installed a beautiful patio with pavers and river rock. On time and worked quickly! I was really happy with how I was treated and the quality of work they did. It was a small project which I sometimes have a hard time finding people for and Martin was eager and made me feel like it was worth his time."

"I was extremely happy with the work done by D&N. Eusebio was a delight to work with. He gave me a very fair estimate on the work, and did a great job. One thing I really appreciated was him noticing and alerting me to some wood rot that could have been a hazard. He was able to do the repair in addition to the great paint job. Again, very fair estimate and quality work. Highly recommend and have told several friends about D&N. I will definitely hire again for future painting jobs."
