"Our community handbook recommended Flo-Tech. We called, Matt came, evaluated the situation, explained all, gave us a quote & we hired him. We had to have the whole house re-plumbed due to pin hole in copper pipe in shower. We scheduled the work, they came, were professional, were attentive to detail relative to being least invasive with access issues, etc. They did a great job in a reasonable period of time. Matt and office staff were always available to answer any questions, etc. We had clogged drain and new faucets to be installed also and they did all of that reasonably. They also were a wealth of information, consulted with Moen on faucet issue and got replacement parts for us and came back and put them in and it was not their fault at all. We feel confident that we have established a great relationship with this company for all of our Plumbing and HVAC needs and feel that they know us, remember us and always make sure we know how much they appreciate our business, which is quite rare in this day and age.
