"I had a terrible experience with Ec0-Smart Pest Solutions of Brandon Florida. First of all they charge an initial up front charge of $250 and $95 quarterly. I should have ran away at that point. Ever since I began using this company in August 2022, I've had to have them re-treat my home because I continued to have live bugs in the house. In November I requested another re-treatment because the treatment done earlier in November did not resolve my pest control issues. During that re-treatment, one of the technicians broke a light bulb in a piece of artwork. He said he would replace it. I had to call him back two weeks later because he never dropped off the new bulb. He dropped off a reqular light bulb. I have yet to receive the proper bulb. I received a call from one of the owners advising me that any future retreatments would cost me $40 if they didn't find any "live" ants. So, they didn't believe me when I requested retreatments, which was a blow to my personal integrity. After I called to advise of the wrong bulb, I was advised be the employee who did the retreatment that they were cancelling my service. So they changed their mind and decided to terminate my pest control with them. Would have been nice to know that. I received a letter in the mail dated 12/9/22 advising me of the termination. I called and spoke to an employee requesting a call from the owner regarding the termination service to see if we could work something out. It's 12/30/22, two weeks has passed and no phone call or bulb. I do not recommend this company to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and have their pest issues resolved."
