After having a horrible experience with a company we had purchased a Groupon deal for who didn't even show up, we gave Dust Free Ducts a call since there were recommended by a colleague.  We had wanted to get our ducts cleaned up before my husbands upcoming surgery after just purchasing a home and they were able to fit us that week yet.  He was prompt and even called when he was running a tad late from traffic coming from Milwaukee. He was very professional and polite and answered all of my husbands questions about our system and the process and even pointed out different things about our system to us and things to look at and fix/update in the future.  Left our house as clean as when he arrived and the holes in our ducts used to attached the vacuum were patched very well.
