"The experience from beginning to end was very professional. Russell came by to look at my roof and then sat down with me to go over what he saw, what he recommended and next steps. I've never had my roof replaced before, so that's why I gave 4 stars on price because I don't know what is expensive or inexpensive for roofing. Infinity Exteriors was in between the other two companies that provided me a quote, but the professionalism and communication is what did it for me. Once I signed the paperwork, I was later assigned a project manager who would give me updates and call me to let me know when I would be expecting materials and a dumpster to arrive at the house. The project manager showed up the day of the project and followed up with me after completion to do a walk through before final payment. Overall, they did an amazing job. No complaints here!"

"We had significant damage to our house due to a tree falling on our roof. Nick was able to locate the original plans for our trusses and have replacement trusses constructed. Nick arranged his schedule so we got in before the weather turned. Once work started, the reconstruction went very quickly and Nick had all the subcontractors lined up with constant activity at our house until the job was done. The quality of the workmanship was high and we would hire Nick again."

In our case replacement due to the age of the roof and due to possible leak issues, Windlickers was able to schedule our roof replacement immediately. Michael and the roofing crew arrived on time, set up and began work immediately. The crew remained on task and completed the roof on our home and detached garage in one day. Our property was cleaned, no debris, nails, etc. remained on the ground when the job was completed. The roofing crew was friendly and courteous, very hardworking, very organized. "I received 5 estimates on this job. I usually choose one of the middle estimates. BUT, because I just wanted the roof to outlast me, I chose Elite who happened to have the lowest estimate. I worked with Karl on this job and he is VERY professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Karl answered PROMPTLY every call, text and email. I can sometimes be very annoying when I am spending thousands of dollars. Karl called me a few days ahead with a heads up on the dumpster and the job. At that time we were out of town and I gave Karl the go ahead. two days later we were back home and the crew were just finishing up the roof. Great we missed the noise of the removal and installation and it saved our pets the trauma of that noise. My old roof was 21+ old and after all was said and done, wood rot and replacement cost me an extra $550. Best contractor home repair experience I have ever had."

"No clean up - the clean up is failing, the communication wasn't good. I never heard of a company that doesn't provide you with an invoice or give you something stating that it was paid in full. They didn't even offer to send a receipt. They told me they don't send invoices when I requested one. You have to babysit their crew. Customer pays the price for the job because you can't communicate since they don't speak English. Communication failed."
