We needed to eliminate laundry equipment and add shower and closet in the space that was designated for a washer and dryer, and add outside venting. We also wanted to tile the whole bathroom up to the ceiling. The job was performed excellent and we are very happy with the choices we made. Bill Perry and his crew were working in our house before renovating basement and building rooms there, so we knew that they were the best company for us. They were great giving us advice to improve on things that we wanted done, so they look and work better with a given space. We are very happy again. Thank you Perry Brothers!"

He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. I felt very fortunate to have Jeff commit to my project since my bathroom is extremely small (two people standing in it is a crowd) and it can be tough to find someone who will work on a small project."

We went to the Bay State Bath showroom, as like so many others, we saw all the commercials, so we wanted to check them out. We actually met Jennifer Bylo while there, and we arranged for a home visit by Mike Doucie. Mike was excellent and professional, and friendly in his approach with us, and listened to our thoughts and provided many suggestions. He drafted a proposal and a layout for us. We then went back up to the showroom to really examine the products. We were sold. The team that arrived were super friendly, efficient, professional and easy to have in the house. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product, and are so happy with the way the new shower features blend in with the existing flooring and cabinetry. "Pedro Quissanga was wonderful throughout the process. The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. Pedro and his crew were hard working, reliable and careful, and his price for all of the work was very reasonable. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem. Even though the project ended up being much more difficult than initially expected, there were never any unexpected charges and the additional work was at a consistent high level. We recommend Crystal Renovations without reservation and have several neighbors using them now for small-to-medium sized projects."

The only thing that I was disappointed about was they each only did a room, and it seemed to me they couIld have done more painting that needed to be done, but took their time and only did one room. For that reason, I'm not sure I would hire them again using a daily deal price. Perhaps it would be better if the pricing were by the room.
