Plastic was placed strategically so that all other areas of the house were not affected by the dust. The workers were very respectful and helpful with any questions I asked. "After seeing the fantastic job that Sasha and his team at WELES US FLOORING did refinishing the floors in my son's home we decided to get him to come out and give us a quote. In this day and age we were pleased to see that Sasha responded to our initial contact promptly, and arrived at our home exactly when promised. We found Sasha to be courteous and professional. We requested that Sasha give us a quote to refinish the floors in our large family room, our kitchen, the eat-in area, bathroom and hallway. He clearly explained what the process would entail, provided written explanations of the process and materials used, and made suggestions without making us feel pressured. After he left we decided that we would also like to have our ceramic tile entryway removed and replaced to match the rest of the adjacent wood flooring. (It was a "now or never" decision.) Sasha was happy to oblige and responded to our messages and questions quickly. Sasha's team arrived on time every day they were expected, and were busy throughout the day. They were personable and professional. It was nice that they stayed on schedule and finished the job as anticipated. That's a rarity in this day and age! "We are so glad we used Cliff and Superior Hardwood and couldn't recommend him enough. He refinished all the floors in our bedrooms and great room as well as the stairs in our home and everything looks amazing. These floors had carpet and he took the extra time to get every single staple and nail up and clearly takes pride in his work. We also had hardwood installed in our kitchen and breezeway and he matched everything perfectly and blended in the wood with our older floor. "My husband and I just bought a home. We got the keys last Thursday, pulled up the rugs in two bedrooms over the weekend and to our great luck we had hardwood floor.
