"These people make moving more stressful! Got an estimate, paid a large deposit, scheduled their portion of my move. 1 week before they call demanding I increase the amount of space reserved in case they underestimated. Size. This amount I paid was almost as much as original deposit yet amount of increased space was fractional. At that time I was told they were arriving on Friday, so I got all my other trucks and people scheduled around this. On Thursday they call to change the date to Sunday 6pm. I begged them to come on Saturday. They claimed they couldn't work it into the schedule. Then on Friday they called at 430pm saying I needed to have cash or cashiers check for the remaining balance and they would not begin the job until paid. I went back n forth with customer service for a few hours until I finally canceled them. I lost my 1K deposit, still trying to get the other back I paid for extra space. And they showed up on Saturday morning anyway. What a joke of a company."
