"I hired this gentlman 3 years ago to do my tuck pointing aroung my house , chimmey work and to redo my front proch stoop that had to be rebuilt. It was $5300.00 for the job . It took 2 days to complete. The front proch is now breaking up in small areas. I talked to ruscil about 2 monthes ago and texted the pics to him , told me he would come and look at and he never did. I made a complaint to the BBB , they closed it out due to no response. My next step is to take him to small claims court. I am doing that by beg of next month. I work so it is hard for me to get to the court in the m-f to them. I just wanted him to fix this. I dont think this was a hard request given the amount of money that I spent on this."

He explained that it had somehow jumped the grooved area where it should be seated and got it back into place. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing. So technically I did not hire them, but should I need any work going forward with the fireplace or chimney Chim-Line will absolutely be the first company I call. In addition, their communications prior to coming out was excellent."
