We had to delay the pour while waiting on a variance from the city. Shawn stayed in touch and honored the quote. He gave good input on what to consider while deciding where to place the pad and they graded the surroundings to help control rainwater runoff. The pad looks beautiful. Shawn, Sergio and crew were timely and left the site neat and clean, though there were a few nails from the frame, no big deal. I’m hoping to work with this company again for my cement driveway project. Highly recommended!"

"I received 4 estimates from 4 different companies for the work that needed to be done and decided to go with Greene Concrete leveling due to the price and their 10 year warranty. They also came highly recommended from several people I had talked to. The crew of 2 young men showed up exactly on time. They were polite and courteous. Explained the estimated cost ($375.00), applied my coupon ($25.00 off) and went straight to work. They offered to caulk the crack between the walkway and the driveway for an additional fee ($30.00), which was a nice surprise because I had planned to do it myself afterwards, but since they offered the service I agreed to the extra cost and now I don't have to worry about it, which to me is worth the additional fee, plus the coupon evened it out. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done and they were finished with project in about 35 minutes. They had to drill 4 holes in the walkway platform to pump concrete through the holes to lift the entire platform. They were able to raise the entire piece without any stress cracks or damage to the existing concrete slab. They power washed and cleaned the surrounding area and driveway when they were done. It was a great experience, I would definitely recommend Greene Concrete Leveling to anyone and will definitely use their services in the future if needed. I unfortunately did not take before pictures, but I included some pictures of the work when it was finished, I am very pleased with the results."

"Excellent experience and workmanship.  Owner, Ted Pontremoli, promptly arrived when he said he would to give us his estimate.  He also scheduled the work around our calendar so we could be out of town while the cement cured, and followed through by coming back a couple months later to seal it. <br /> <br /> Our driveway was done by a perfectionist.  Even the grass around the driveway & sidewalk was taken up with such care that it was easy to put it back into place.   <br /> <br /> We became familiar with Quality Cement when walking through our neighborhood and observing new driveways.  Those stamped with Ted Pontremoli-Quality Cement were the ones that looked best from year to year.  We believe if someone is proud enough to sign their work, they will also stand behind it.  We highly recommend Quality Cement. <br />"

"Camera check showed roots partially blocking house sewer line. Hydro cleaning removed the roots but revealed a broken crock in the line under the driveway. Will wait until warm weather to repair the line because of concrete work that will be needed. Reliable may be chosen again - they were fine."

"I'm very pleased. I had concerns about dust and fumes from the epoxy. The dust was minimal and fumes were not an issue at all. If I had to do it all over again, I'd set up a box fan with filters, as I've seen on YouTube, but even without that, the dust was not overwhelming. The workers arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and welcomed my checking in on them. When they went to lunch, they cleaned up their work area, (even put the toilet seat down in the basement bathroom), something I didn't expect at all. I had questions when they were at lunch, and the salesman got the answers I needed quickly. A couple of things I would change about this process: 1. After they were done, cleaned the area for the day, and put their equipment away, one of the workers invited me downstairs to approve their work. If I had not approved, it was a bit late for me to object as they were packed and ready to go. I suggest in the future the homeowner be asked for their approval before everything's packed up. Their work looked good, but this seemed like a manipulative tactic that wasn't appreciated. 2. The more experienced of the two workers explained early on that he needed to remove some insulation but assured me he'd put it back when he was done. When I saw that he'd not put it back, I mentioned it. He refused to put it back, saying "It doesn't matter". It was an odd way to end a perfect job up to that point. I was totally pleased with how everything was handled, and then that comment and behavior from him just put a bad taste in my mouth. That evening or the next day, I received a very nice gift from the company that was just a really nice touch. A couple of weeks later, we had heavy rains and I experienced water along the walls where the work was done. Within a week of me raising the concern, an arrangement for a technician to visit my home was made. I appreciate their prompt attention to the matter. I expect it's very simple like needing more epoxy at the base of the straps, so I decided to go ahead and submit this review. It's difficult to find trustworthy people to do work in your home. I'm very relieved I found a company that is totally worthy of that trust and highly recommend Acculevel. The work they did looks good and solid."
