"The other day the cold water kept running into my washing machine and would not stop other than turning it off at the wall. I did a quick internet search and found that 80% of the time that this happens it is the Water Inlet Valve that needs replacing. I called another A rated local service describing this and asking if they could bring a valve when they came. The response was that they needed to come to do a diagnostic, then would order the valve and then would come back a second time to do the actual repair. "While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
