The gate is good but as it is stated in the contract we wanted 2 drop rods because it gets very windy here and it was important to us. They only put in one and it wasn't very deep in concrete. We complained and the guy came out slapped on the drop rod (not even with the other) but forgot his concrete drill and said he would be back. He never came back. We have texted and called many times. They are ignoring us. We haven't paid as we are waiting for them to finish the job. NO COMMUNICATION! Very disappointed. We just want the job done so we can pay and be done with this. Or they can give us 100 off the bill and we will go rent a concrete drill and try to finish their work."

"Summit Fence and their employees are phenomenal! My project was initially discussed, clarified, estimated (price), confirmed in writing and scheduled to begin in a very reasonable amount of time. I was expecting to have to wait much longer and was pleasantly surprised that I was not having to wait as long as other contractors were estimating. Our job lasted one more day than originally thought, however, considering that the employees had to hand dig near buried utilities in order to avoid any costly damage, I was not bothered in the least with this delay. It was to be expected and appreciated. We were always notified when they arrived in the morning, and the foreman/supervisor (Ryan) made several visits to oversee that the project was being completed according to plan. Communication was NEVER LACKING with this company!!"
