Once convinced that this product would help resolve our issue, the process was smooth and fast. Contract signed, work started in 6 days and finished in 2. Excellent worksmanship (product appears almost seamless) and thorough clean up after the job. Our old house has settled and windows are crooked. The workmen cut in around them with good precision. We will have the opposite end of the house sided in the spring and will hire Beantown again to do it."

Mike Christopher, the Owner, came and asked me what was the main thing I was concerned about. I told him that I was looking for quality workmanship with top of the line Trex composite wood that wouldnâ  t require a lot of maintenance. He sat down with his IPad and designed exactly what I wanted. The design he made was like an actual picture of the finished product and the price was great which included the removal and disposal of the former deck. This is the first time Iâ  ve EVER reviewed a business that has done work on our home. They deserve it! First, their builders worked long hours and I observed them as they made sure every step was done with precise measurements and the finished product showed just what I observed. Unbelievably sturdy, they didnâ  t cut corners to save time and it was absolutely beautiful. Also what I consider a huge factor is the Warranties on the work and material. A 25 year Warranty that covers scratching and fading of the Trex flooring and railings. UNBELIEVABLE! Lastly, they left the work area cleaner than before they started and Mike the Owner answered my calls or texts every time I had a question either immediately or responded within 15 minutes. All I can say about Remodel or Renew is if you give them a chance to bid on your project you will be happy and even happier if you hire them and see for yourself what I have just told you! "Ronaldo and his team did a great job with repairing our siding and soffit issues and replacing a piece of rake that had blown off in a storm. Our job was small but very important to us and they gladly come and took care of everything! Other companies tend to only want to do larger jobs but we really appreciate that Ronaldo and his team were here to fix our issues! They went above and beyond checking over other areas of the roof and siding to make sure everything was good. They also didn’t try to sell us unnecessary things like replacing all the siding. He took our information and handed it over to Tony, the companie's estimator and owner. He came out to our home within the next 2 days and measured everything. About a week after that, we got our estimate which was not the cheapest, but was not the most expensive either. We decided to go with them because they were the most responsive, was able to show us past work, and the price fit our budget. The job it self went overall fine. There were a few bumps along the way, but that is common for most construction projects and it was nothing major. They never upped the price on us and we never had any issues with them showing up or completing the installation. The entire job took a couple weeks once all of the material came in.
