"Buffalo’s Best Roofing review by Mary Corio On Monday, October 20th, 2025 – I was abruptly awoken to the pinging of water drops bouncing off the pots and pans in my living room. They were there for issues I had been having when it rained, and on this particular morning, I hadn’t seen it was raining – but I heard! I thought someone was breaking in, but it was the **** roof again!! Raining in my living room – not good! I was crying as much as it was dripping! I was getting more and more frustrated, had many people coming to help and give me prices, but as the old saying goes: “Action speaks louder than words”, and they just never really followed through or showed up. I was desperate. It just so happened, by some random stroke of luck, I had scheduled an appointment that very morning with Joe White, salesman for Buffalo’s Best. I was simply curious about them. Joe came in to see exactly what and where my issue was and knew it needed to be fixed sooner than later. Everyone told me to get more estimates on the job, but I felt Joe’s price was fair for what I needed and the reviews I read were encouraging. Joe gave me hope and I trusted him, and so I said “Let’s please just Git-R-Done” …. On Monday, October 27th, an amazing ‘team’ showed up, under the supervision of Domenic D’Angelo, and worked diligently from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. I needed a complete roof tear off and reinstallation. I was certain there was no way it could be done so quickly, but it was almost like magic! By dinner time, I had a beautiful new roof, everything was cleaned up and put back nicely, and to anyone who wasn’t around on my street that day – they would never have known so much activity had taken place here. I was and still am in awe! The peace of mind alone is priceless. I cannot put a price tag on the feeling of security, after decades upon decades, that my roof is intact and leaks are a thing of the past, at least for the duration of my lifetime. I have a warranty transferable when I sell my house, and the assurance that if there are any problems whatsoever, Buffalo’s Best Roofing will come to my aid and assistance immediately. It’s not like doing business with a business, it’s like making a new friend who I can trust and build a lasting relationship with. It all started with a new roof! I’m so appreciative to Buffalo’s Best Roofing that I’m definitely going to get prices for new windows and doors come spring. Why not? Any company that treats their customers with such dignity and respect – from the office staff to the field laborers – has my repeated business. I will encourage all of my friends who need work done to call ‘my friends’ at Buffalo’s Best! They have earned their title and I am forever thankful that I found them!!! "Mike and his crew were very professional and cleaned up nicely! I had a small roof job that needed to be done, so figured I would be looking at a crappy roof for the summer, since roofing season is already beginning. Mike came out on Monday, looked at the job and also determined it to be a small job. So small that he could have his crew out here Tuesday, the VERY next day to do the work. He required no money up front and took my check as payment after the job was complete and I was satisfied! I would definitely hire him again, heaven forbid I need to, but I was very happy with his promptness and his crews work."

"I cannot say enough about what a great experience it has been to work with this company. From the communication, to the process, to the price. We needed a new roof for our home. Anthony, the owner, who is a very pleasant and likeable person, came to our house to perform the estimate. He didn’t try to dazzle us with how much he knows about roofing or imtimidate us with lingo we wouldn’t have any hope of understanding. Instead, my wife and I had a very nice discussion with him on what we needed, and Anthony laid out the plan for how it would go. When the big day came, the crew arrived right when they said they would, and courteously informed me of the plan for the day’s job. My wife and I both happened to have the day off so we were home for the entire roofing job. They covered up all of the windows, worked tirelessly throughout the day, and cleaned up perfectly afterward. Anthony came by a few days later to personally inspect the job his crew had done, and collect the final payment. Throughout the entire process, Anthony was very communicative and did everything he said he was going to do. I simpny cannot recommend WNY Roofing strongly enough. If you need a new roof, don’t even bother calling anyone else, just call them! Thank you so much for doing a wonderful job."

Tom and crew were very diligent, neat and comprehensive about their work. They worked in inclement weather and ensure completion of work without any delays. Tom was very responsive beginning with the estimate, throughout and until the completion of the work. Tom is very personable and professional and kept me apprised of all phases of the work. "Kris was performing an estimate for our neighbor and when asked, came over to take a look at our roof that had been damaged in the Spring hailstorm. Within a few days he was back with the estimate for the roof which included shingles, gutters, leaf guards and more. We got ambitious and decided to go for residing the house and he included that in the estimate as well. The siding had to be ordered and Kris kept in contact throughout that waiting period and as soon as it was ready, his crew went to work. They were there promptly in the morning and worked throughout 3 days to complete the job. His crew was very polite when asking our opinions on certain things. When the work was done, the clean-up was wonderful. We were very fortunate to have Kris handle this job since once we had the insurance approval; we weren’t sure where to look for a contractor. The house looks completely different and new and last night’s wind/rain storm was a great test of the workmanship! We recommend O’Connor Contracting for any home improvement needs and will certainly call Kris for any future projects we might have."

"Roof repair in a windstormI called Kerry and him and Lew came out on February 24, 2019 in one of the worst wind storms in Buffalo I had 15 to 20 shingles blown off my house these guys came out on Sunday night 8 o’clock at night and repaired my roof I couldn’t say enough good things about this company and these guys and their professionalism and quality they’re amazing you’re a fool to not hire them Sunday night in a windstorm they came & repaired my roof!
