"The guys were very respectful and patient with me. I had to run to the bank to get cash and my elderly neighbor asked me to take her to the eye doctor, which took me a little longer than I expected it to. But I got home just in time for them to be loading their ladders back onto their truck. The only problem I see is I probably should have waited a little longer for most of the leaves to have fallen. But since I need to get a new downspout I will have them clean my gutters again when they come out to the downspout. "My upper gutter was sloped the wrong way for the downspout. They made an appointment with me for the day after they called. They called me again that next morning to tell me they could come earlier than the appointment and we agreed to it. The guy said he's been doing this for 44 years. He quickly identified the issue, gave an estimate of $300. He replaced the clamps, raised the needed side 1", cleaned out that gutter, and the gutter below it for no extra charge. He originally said it would take about an hour and did so. He offered aluminum gutter guards around my upper roof for $1300. Wasn't pushy about that, gave me a pamphlet about it, made sure I was satisfied and was on his way. I highly recommend hiring them."
