Flooring is a big decision and Doug understands that and will do everything he can to make the process as smooth as possible. Pricing is very fair, flooring is beautiful and workmanship is excellent. Doug is very responsive, he answers all your questions and calls, and genuinely cares about each of his clients. If and when I, or my family, need flooring in the future, I will call Doug. Thank You Doug!"

"Great job on refinishing hardwood floors and stairs. Great price."

"Al came out initially on time (early actually!) was exceptionally professional and gave a tiered quote on work that "needs" to be done and "could" be done with fair pricing. We scheduled the work for a later date and Al returned and did a fantastic job! He was punctual (again) and efficient-completing all the agreed upon work in a timely manner. He also plugged a hole in the back of our fireplace we didn't know about until we removed the wood burning stove and filled extra cracks on the chimney after capping it. I would definitely hire him again and have even referred him to some friends and relatives... 5+ stars from a very happy customer!"

"We had broken school floor vinyl tiles and underlayment. Pablo from Pando Floors did a great repair job in a couple hours. Thanks Pablo! Much appreciated!"

"Better coordination, and communication between sales, and contractors doing actual job. I needed to intervene, rather than contractor, to make sure all floors between rooms, matched- as agreed upon in original estimate. I wound-up having to spend 400 $ more, than original estimate, to get that result."

"Julio and his team from Pro Floor Sanding did a phenomenal job refinishing my second floor. They not only did an amazing job on our floors but were also professional, courteous, and treated my home as if it were theirs. The job they did truly exceeded all expectations, and I could not recommend them enough. 10/10! If you are looking to get your floors refinished, Pro Floor Sanding is 100% the way to go."
