"<p>I have dealt with several contractors in the past 5 years and I was beginning to wonder if there was a contactor out there that took prided in their work. Paul and his crew were professional in every way.  They did outstanding work.  My faith has come back.  You may pay a little more but in the end, it is worth it. </p> <p>Paul took his time with me in the planning process to come up with the best design for the back yard.  He kept in touch on when he was coming and what they hoped to complete that day.  The crew worked no stop.  They respected my property and answered any questions, which I might have at that moment.  The workmanship was outstanding.  I added the fire pit at the last minute and they were able to make those changes immediately.  </p> <p>It has been 2 months and I notice that I had some standing water in some areas of the patio.  Paul came over with his crew, took a 2 x 4 x 8 board and went over the entire area to make sure that all of the pavers were level. I know longer have that issue. </p> <p>I even asked him to put a wall around my garden, he went out of his way to bring the bricks, and did a two tier wall on the garden on that day as well while the patio was drying.  </p> <p>I cannot say enough good things about Artistic Design Landscaping.  They are FANTASTIC!   Do not waste your time looking for another contractor.  If you want a job done right the first time this is the contractor for you.  </p> <br />"

"It went very well. Chuck Petzinger (Technical Consultant) was very professional in providing the estimate, ensuring that we consulted with an engineer, and following the engineer's recommendations. Melvyn and the crew also were very professional. They were careful and courteous, and explained the process thoroughly. As far as I could tell, they followed the appropriate procedures closely. The project, scheduled for 2 days, took 2 and a half days. This probably was because they took their time to be careful, allowed me to watch, and explained things as they went. "The work went very well.  We had a few rain delays, but that could not be helped.  Also we were coordinating other work with another contractor (see R and R Concrete) that sometimes caused delays. They showed up when expected, excavated one side of the house and dug holes on the other (walk out basement) for the piers.  When finished the yard was repaired as good as could be expected for St Louis summer. I have a little work to do on it now that it has cooled off. I had to have cracks repaired inside and concrete work done on the outside.  The people they recommended did wonderful work. <br />"
