"Beautiful front porch steps constructed, removal of old steps and cleanup"

"We enjoyed working with John and his crew. John has a good eye for assessing what needs to be done. He presented us with a reasonable estimate and a time line which he followed. He informed us of his progress on a daily basis and always checked in with us to make sure that he was doing everything according to the way we wanted it. His prices were reasonable, yet he used good quality materials, and his workmanship is excellent. By the time the deck had been repaired, sanded, and refinished, it looked better than it ever had before! We would strongly recommend Carenzo Remodel and Repair for any projects you have in your home."

"My experience with this company was amazing right from the phone call to set up quote appt all the way to the very end. The crew was very punctual, neat, precise and always had the customer in mind. I am so pleased with the deck addition as well as the remodeling of our porches. Wonderful company! Would hire again for other home projects on the future."

"Ralph went above and beyond to help with the renovations of my 1880 Queen Anne in Holyoke. He works like no other. He knows the codes, he goes beyond to repair so you don't have to repair again in your lifetime. He is the best carpenter I have met in many years. I trust him like a brother. Totally transparent with the work and costs. He will become my go to person for all my house repairs and improvements."

"We hired Scott to install a ramp, he knew all the ADA requirements & they built a sturdy beautiful ramp. We would highly recommend Affordable Home Repairs."

"I didn’t just get 1 person, I got 3 working on my projects since he came with his 2 brothers which made the project go much faster. I had an idea about what I wanted but he helped design the deck and added beautiful details to make it look better then I had imagined! They worked straight through the heatwave we unfortunately were hit with right on the dates my deck construction was scheduled for, and though I would have understood if they had said they needed to push back the project until the heat wave broke, they just came earlier in the morning each day to be able to still complete the work within the time I had been told! Very impressive. They also stayed true to the price they originally quoted me even though once getting into to project realized that it was going to take a lot more work since the parts of the old deck which they thought could be reused actually needed to be completely redone from scratch… which they said was not my fault so they were not going to change the jobs cost after it had been agreed to, which I thought was very honorable and refreshing. I am very pleased with the final results and absolutely am happy to suggest them for any deck work you might need. They also cleaned up after themselves and were very attentive to the details I wanted them to match to the original houses look. My home was built in 1880 and I wanted it not to look like a random addition but part of the original plan. They did a great job!"
