We had already had a different electric company in the area service our breaker panel twice recently, and over $400 later, we were still having issues with power cutting off repeatedly in part of our home. He was kind, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, yet he explained things in consumer-friendly terms, spent time trouble-shooting and making necessary adjustments, and after all of that, he did not even charge us! I was fully expecting to pay a bit more than usual due to the emergency weekend call I was making, and most other electric companies charge a minimum just for showing up even during normal hours, and I tried to tell him I valued his time and how unprecedented it was to find a competent business in the area that would respond so promptly after hours, and even so, he insisted that only if we had further problems, to call him back and he would do whatever additional services might be necessary. I'm almost afraid to leave such a glowing review, as the next time I might need an electrician, Mario might be over-booked with other customers! But in all seriousness, my 20-month old little girl (who would have had to go to bed in the dark, as her bedroom was part of the house affected) and my family so truly appreciate Mario's time and service.
