"Mr Guzman was a delight to communicate with, thorough and knowledgeable at explaining what was needed. We were getting moisture in the front wall of our house that was not solved by a patching job done by another roofer. We had a new roof and new gutters installed plus chimney pointing and a cricket installed behind the chimney. The roof looks beautiful and we now have copper flashing around the chimney. Quality was excellent! Neighbors are already asking me for Mr Guzman s contact info!!!! The team was hard working and very polite and worked together very well. They left the property cleaner than it was before they came! Two workers even waited after everyone else had left for me to get paint with which they then touched up our shingles! From start to finish, Arthur and the crew (Anthony, Eric and a few others whoâ s names I didnâ t get J could not have been more professional and courteous. The owner was on the job during installation. No problems during any phase. The crew also did a great job installing Xtreme Gutter Guards. These were higher rated for leaf and snow / ice build up versus the gutter guards suggested by other two gutter installation company's I received quotes from. We have had rain storms, high winds, and falling leaves since installation was completed. The gutters, downspouts, and leaf guards are working great. I would use David and A1 Affordable Seamless Gutters again, and recommend them after using their services.
