"Jim called back immediately after my initial contact, and came to assess first thing the next morning. He fixed the mess I made - DIY is not my strength, and I added a second leak through my efforts. Then he took the time to find the original leak - it was a slow leak, and didn't present immediately. He found the problem, ordered the part before he left, came back after the weekend to install. He showed where the old part had deteriorated, and left the part with me. $206.32 in total for two visits, the part and the repair. More than reasonable! On a side note, Jim is a delight to talk to. Friendly, interesting and personable, and that was an added bonus. Tons of experience and extremely trustworthy."

"Best Plumbing Company in the area!!! The only company that would call me back when I had issues. Jarrett is very professional and has always been a very clear communicator. Rousseau has provided excellent service for many projects at our new home all for very reasonable prices... (Clogged Sewer Drain, Installed Utility Sink, New Gas Line for Stove AND emergency help for Frozen Pipes in winter!!!) Each visit the Rousseau crew was polite and very nice. Always feel comfortable with them working at our house. Can't go wrong with these guys!"
