"King Quality Construction is exactly what they are. Very professional. EASY TO WORK WITH AND KIND. Whenever we need additional work on our home that can be done by King Qaulity Construction, they will be called. This time it was replacing shingles and improper work done by the original roofer. They did the moss removal and gutters cleaning. We had neighbor next to us also checked if they had time to check their roof and get a bid on gutter replacements. I recommend giving them a call. "We hired Husam to install new doors, floor and window trim (painted/stained as well). Based on his estimate this would cost just over $3k and take 3-4 days to complete. Husam (his employee Nii) started work on Dec. 1st, 2022. By Dec. 6th, they hadn't yet completed the install or painting of the doors and hadn't started on anything else. Nii had installed the doors incorrectly (switched left- and right-swing doors around, for example) several times and despite assurance from Husam, the workmanship continued to be poor and the work significantly slower than advertised. On Dec. 6th, we informed Husam that we didn?t want him to continue and asked for a partial refund of the deposit ($1500) since the quoted amount for the door install was $1050 and it was not yet complete. Husam agreed but never responded again beyond sending an updated bill totaling $1500 instead. We filed a claim in small claims court and we finally got our partial refund 2 years later once the court ruled in our favor."

Due to scheduling, it took a few weeks to start work, so David, in sales, came by and put a tarp up to prevent more water from coming in from our leaking roof. That was a godsend since a few intense storms followed! Once the install crew arrived, they were careful to protect my landscaping and hardscaping, polite, and fast - they finished in half the quoted time! Afterwards, Zoe in their front office called me to check that everything went well and had someone come the next day to fix an excessive drip caused by an overhanging shingle. Love that customer service! Only negative feedback would be around their pricing levels that up the warranty protection. I figure the quality of their workmanship should be the same regardless of whether is paying them more or less and the materials are the same."
