Per customer request after contractor declared job finished, pavers joints were sealed with polymeric sand. Also customer had to request finishing transitions between retaining wall and pavers. In summary, contractor is excellent in construction techniques but needed some prompting to make clean, finishing touches. Good communication with customer. Completed job and is responsive to customer requests. Customer is very satisfied with end result."

"French drain installation along a retaining wall (75 yards). Thomas who handled the sales end of things was friendly and responsive. The crew showed up on time. They were hard working and receptive of customer feedback. They first removed the ivy that was obstructing the work area and then completed the trench on day 1 which uncovered some of the unwelcome water sources. A legacy footing drain was plumbed directly into the main french drain pipe. Perpherated pipe was dropped in on Day 2 followed by river rock, catch basins, and 3 ft dry well installation. Cleanup was done thoroughly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"Unique Landscaping LLC did a fabulous job pruning all of our fruit trees, trimming some difficult bushes and hedges, and pruning a large Japanese Elm. They are very knowledgeable about unique varieties of trees. They even expedited our job because they wanted to be sure to prune the fruit trees in time before the spring blooms. Their costs are very reasonable. They are very polite abd communicative. I really am happy that we hired Felix and his team. We will hire them again in the future!"

"We requested a bid for our project on Thursday night. Ana came out Saturday to see the scope of what we needed. She had our bid to us within a couple of hours and it was almost exactly what we thought the job should cost. We hired her without even getting a 2nd bid. And now it looks absolutely beautiful ...reasonable prices and honedtly I was just completely blown away With the whole thing.. definitely going to hire them again for future projects. And this isn't the only thing they do ..They do hvac house building any and all landscape outside of the house, and I'm sure there's more. If you need them, they are your people, don't pass them by you'll be missing out if you do"
